Biography

Alex primarily defends podiatrists in Medicare & Medicaid audits, which require a unique combination of expertise in podiatric medicine, medical billing & coding, and statistical sampling & extrapolation. He also frequently defends other medical providers, hospitals, and clinics in malpractice lawsuits. Additionally, Alex maintains a litigation and appellate practice centered on resolving complex commercial conflicts and insurance disputes including first- and third-party claims.

Outside the office, Alex enjoys balancing his two oppositional passions: spending time with his family and playing golf.
