Biography

Randy Grimshaw is of counsel to the firm’s Corporate Tax & Transactions practice team. His practice emphasizes federal, state, and local tax planning for individuals and entities; IRS, state and local tax appeals and litigation; and partnership, limited liability company, and corporate structuring and planning.

Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Mr. Grimshaw was a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., an international accounting firm. He was previously licensed as a certified public accountant. Mr. Grimshaw has taught tax and business planning courses as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.

During the Vietnam War, Mr. Grimshaw served as a jet fighter instructor pilot in the United States Air Force.
