Jamie K. Tract is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer and a transactional attorney who advises companies on complex business transactions, with a particular focus on the mining and natural resources industry. As a member of the firm's corporate practice group, and the energy, environmental and natural resources practice group, she represents public and private companies in structuring, negotiating, and executing strategic transactions that support growth, investment, and long-term business objectives. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of mining projects, from early-stage exploration and investment through development, operations, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
