Chad West is a member of the firm’s corporate practice group. His practice focuses on business transactions, corporate governance, acquisitions and general business matters. Chad is a member of the firm’s dental industry team, representing dentists, group practices and Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) with practice sales, acquisitions, financings and other transactional matters.

Biography

Chad West assists large and small businesses in a variety of general business matters, including formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, financing and acquisitions. He has particular experience advising Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), dental practice groups, individual dentists and other healthcare providers in a variety of corporate matters, including acquisitions and the formation of management support organizations.

Chad obtained his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with High Honors. While in law school, Chad was a note and comment editor on the Utah Law Review, a Faust Library Research Fellow and served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Joel Marker of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Utah. Prior to his legal education, Chad earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Utah State University. He is admitted to practice in Utah.
