David K. Heinhold

David Heinhold is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Litigation practice team, with an emphasis in banking, commercial and real estate law. Mr. Heinhold represents local and national banks, servicers, credit unions and other financial institutions in a variety of matters, including loan enforcement, foreclosure and malpractice claims against third-party service providers to lenders. Mr. Heinhold also has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in commercial and real property disputes.

Mr. Heinhold is a former chair of the Banking and Finance Section of the Utah State Bar and served a four-year term as a small claims judge in the Salt Lake City Justice Court.

Mr. Heinhold graduated with honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where he was a William H. Leary Scholar. He also received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
