David Arkoosh is a member of the corporate practice group in Parsons’ Boise office. His practice focuses on complex transactional and business counseling in business governance, corporate finance, securities, business contracts, employment law and pre-litigation dispute resolution.

Mr. Arkoosh gains immense satisfaction from assisting entrepreneurs in launching their ideas and growing their businesses. He is deeply experienced in assisting companies in all aspects of growth from assisting with financing, to counseling organizations, to building effective governance.
